Be with the consciousness and simply observe everything – body, mind, thoughts, feelings and emotions. We a witness and simply observe. Then you will slowly understand that these things are not you. You are only consciousness. Now you are super identified with mind and body and you think that is you. But actually not. When thoughts come to mind, don’t resist or force it to stop, but simply observe and let it pass without any attachment or judgement. Mind also just like any other organ in your body. Don’t use it 24 hours. It need rest. Problem is in today’s world we are using it whenever we are awake. What will happen if you keep on moving your hands from morning to night every day ? Similarly mind also need some rest. Meditation is the best way.
