This again triggers auto play. Auto play is continuously watching the tableau and free cells situation to find out a matching combination with foundation cards. So when Ace is exposed, auto play engine immediately come to know about it and will inform the game engine to take further action. Game engine move the Ace of diamonds to it's home foundation cell, number four. this is the only available foundation because all other foundation are taken by other suits.
