Covid-19 Corona Virus : Don’t Panic if you have any symptoms : That will only worsen the situation

Now all over the world Corona Virus Covid 19 is spreading very quickly and still there is no respite for the miseries and uncertainties. Many companies and research laboratories said that their vaccines are in the final stage but it may take even months for commercial production. So till the vaccine comes we need to be extremely careful. Virus doesn’t move only we are moving them. So if we take necessary precautions we can stop it.

Covid-19 corona virus has spread to almost every major town, city and country in the world. So high chances of getting infected especially for people going out daily for job and other things. So it is better to follow recommendations from the medical authorities and experts like wearing a mask and social distancing as much as possible.

The most important thing is don’t panic even if you have a temperature or flu like or cold like symptoms. All such symptoms may not be a covid-19 infection. There are many issues if you become nervous or afraid about it. Body takes our nervousness or stress very seriously. It first tries to contain our stress. Body gives first priority to come out from stress. So what the body does is it suppresses the immune system when you are stressed or nervous. 

So when you get panicked or stressed about a possible infection it does the opposite thing. Instead of accelerating the healing body stops the healing process. It is our body’s inability to identify a stress due to an external threat and a stress created by mental vibrations. So the body behaves exactly as if we are in front of a big external threat – like in front of a wind animal or facing a dangerous situation.

So be special precautions not to get panic at any stage during this epidemic period. Cool down your mind. Don’t listen to television news or corona related news in social media. Most of the media only project negative things and that will accelerate the stress and negativity. Instead of that listen to relaxing music or watch relaxing TV shows. 

So if you have any symptoms first try some home remedies and if it doesn’t work then take medical advice but still try to be calm and confident. Because any negativity in your mind only worsens the situation. Always remember that. It is like some thieves are coming to your house and you are so afraid and keeping the doors open for them. We should be bold and confident. Then no virus or bacteria can do any harm to you. Our body is such a sophisticated machine and it has a very efficient mechanism to deal with any kind of internal and external threats. We only need to give it full support. When our body and mind works in harmony everything will work perfectly.
