Affirmations are simple positive sentences written in present tense. Sometimes it is written in past of future tense too but present tense work better.

Human mind has a special significant feature – when something comes repeatedly it believe that is true and store it into memory and that becomes our new belief or perception. Advertising companies, political parties, marketing companies etc use this specialty of mind to make us believe that their product or idea is the best. With the advent of social and visual media now it is very easy to program our subconscious mind in that way.

We can also do the same thing – program our subconscious mind for success, more money, peace of mind, confidence, courage and overall well being. When we listen to positive affirmations daily that will slowly convert our mindset and mood to a very pleasant and positive one. Most of us are conditioned in a negative way during our childhood. During day time also you can induce theta brainwaves from outside to move to theta range or a void state.
