This table shows the summary of top ten corona virus covid-19 infected countries and covid 19 cases vs their entire population. When we hear about corona cases in millions it looks very terrifying but compared to their massive populations still infections per million inhabitants still in 100s to 1000s only. Even if take entire world corona virus infection vs entire population is just 0.031% or just 310 cases per 1 million people – remember this is only infection cases including recovered – not number of deaths. So if we calculate number of deaths vs population it will be still very small.
Almost 60 million people die every year all over the world due to many diseases and other reasons. So convince your mind that this corona outbreak is not end if the world and this time also will pass because as i said in my previous posts if you develop any kind of fear or anxiety then it will seriously affect your immune system performance and overall healing power. So be cool and concentrate on thing you like, spend time your family during the lock down period, try new ways to improve yourself and self realization etc
If we look at the history so many pandemics, wars and natural calamities happened and millions of people died and compared to that still we are in a better shape. Also world will be always like this many things will happen against our expectations. We have to adjust our mindset and try to find positive things in every situation.
