Also there is a matching card for ten of diamonds in first tableau pile jack of clubs and it is the top card. So we can move these two cards to first tableau pile. After this move nine of clubs and ten of diamonds will be in first tableau pile making it a pile of six cards and pile number five in tableau is an empty pile now.
