It take note of all these cards and check with foundation top cards to find out any possible match. When auto play moved two of diamonds from tableau to foundation, this card became the top card. So the next card required by this foundation cell is a value three card with color black. Top card of waste pile is card number three with black color so it can be matched with the third foundation top card.
