Since there is only one card this card considered as the top card and can be played to other tableau and free cells. Top three cards in fourth pile are in order. 10 of spades, 9 of diamonds and 8 of clubs are order by rank and are from different suits. Again the 10 of spades is matching with Jack of clubs in the first pile. So we can move all three cards to first pile. Now cards in first pile increased to 4 and cards in 4th pile reduced to 5.
