Covid-19 Affirmations – To overcome corona virus related Anxiety, Fear, Stress

Entire world is in the grip of Corona virus Covid-19 and as of today more than 2 million people are infected all over the world. When I talk to people most of them say that they are under extreme stress and anxiety due to its massive spreading and so many deaths happening across the world. Since it is a new virus and there is no medicine or vaccine obviously everybody is very afraid about it. Hope medical science will be able to find a successful vaccine and we will come out from this mess very soon. But till then you have to prepare your mind to stay positive during these hard times because a mind with negative thoughts can seriously deteriorate the efficiency of our immune system.

So here i compiled a set of affirmations to overcome the stress, anxiety, fear or tension that arise due to this Covid-19 Corona virus infection. Either you can record it with your own voice using your mobile’s voice recorder app and hear it many times everyday or you can write it down many times daily in a notebook. It basically helps to keep the mind positive. Main inputs to the brain are 5 senses and mind. In the senses mainly what you see and hear. Your subconscious mind keeps on recording whatever inputs you give. It doesn’t do any reasoning so all positive and negative inputs go directly into the records. Your overall mindset and mood depends on these inputs. So fill these 2 senses (eye and ear) with positive inputs and fill your mind with positive thoughts.

So another important thing is stop chasing corona news and numbers. Visual, print and social media are filled with so much negativity and when you spend time on these things so much negativity penetrates into your brain too and that seriously affects your mood and mindset.

Every day approximately 160k people die all over the world due to many diseases and other issues. So compared to that 145k deaths in the last 2-3 months due to corona virus is a really small number. So convince your mind that is not the End of the World. So don’t get panicked with the numbers projected by TV channels and other media because they want sensational news. They want you to get glued to their news updates because for them it is a pure business. So don’t get fall in that trap. If you sit full day in front of TV watching these sad stories then your subconscious mind will be piled up with so much negativity and that will seriously affect your mental status. So listen, read or watch relaxing things.
