Important Notes about Frequency Healing

If you are new to frequency healing please read this.

  • Drink enough water while listening to frequency healing videos otherwise you may get dehydrated. While listening body’s healing mechanism will be at a fast pace mode and this will release more toxins and more chemical process in the cells require more water.
  • It is better to listen to 1-2 hours per day because too much of anything can have negative side too.
  • If you are listening overnight better to setup a sleep timer for 2-3 hours and listen via speakers.
  • Most of the videos in our channel are composed in isochronic way. So good quality speakers are ok. If headphones are compulsory we will mentioned it in the description.
  • While listening if you feel any discomfort please stop it. Normally it won’t create any side effects but we all are unique so we cannot predict anything. Each person’s body respond differently.
  • This is not a replacement for any mainstream treatment. So if you have any serious symptoms or illness please consult a registered medical practitioner first. This can be used in addition to the primary treatment or if the main treatment is not working as expected you can try this.
