Frequency tuning is one of the popular methods many follows. When you listen to the frequency associated with a chakra it gets energized and becomes pure and balanced. There are many frequency sets associated with chakras and this is one of the popular frequency sets associated with our seven chakras.

Root : 194.18Hz, Sacral : 210.42Hz, Solar Plexus : 126.22Hz, Heart : 136.1Hz, Throat : 141.27Hz, Third Eye : 221.23Hz, Crown : 172.06Hz

You can find numerous videos in YouTube and other such music and video sharing sites with these frequencies to balance chakras. Listen to it daily at least once for a few weeks. Also there are many videos with Tibetan singing bowls resonating at these frequencies or their octaves. When you listen to a particular chakra tune, concentrate on that area and mentally imagine that chakra is being opened and becomes balanced. Once your chakras are balanced you will feel immense energy and peace within yourself and your whole life will change. Here is one of my All Chakra Balancing video .

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZh9ewhtqTY

As per Indian ancient theories chakras are our energy centers in the body.
