Nebula uses 1 deck of 52 cards for playing.  
 
Foundation
Build the 4 foundation piles up in suit from Ace to King. 
 
Tableau 
There are 13 tableau columns for this game. Kings are automatically moved to the bottom of their foundations during the first deal. Build down by any suit except the same. Topmost card of each tableau column is available for play to the foundations or to the tableau. Only one card can be moved at a time. Spaces cannot be filled.
