The game Fair Deal needs one deck of 52 cards.

  

Foundation

Build the 4 foundation piles up in suit from Ace to King.

 

Tableau 

Build the 13 tableau columns down regardless of suit. Top card of each column is available for play to the foundations or to the tableau. Only one card can be moved at a time. Spaces can be filled with any available King.
