Apart from Installation folder and My Games Folder Our installer will create another folder to store internal data.

In Windows there is a special folder called Application Folder. This folder loction will vary according to OS Setup. For a normal XP machine this will be under C:\Documents and Settings\user\

So our application data folder will be like this

C:\Documents and Settings\manju\Application Data\Zonora Technologies\

Under this folder you will see separate folder for each games like My Freecell 6.0, My Klondike 6.0 etc

These folders contains internal datas for each games like favorites data, color schemes, pending list files, scoreboard data etc

These files are used only by the game engine and so it may not be in a human readable format. Dont try to open or edit these files. If you manually edit these files it may affect the working of the game.

You can peoriodically take backup of this folder and if anything happens in future then you can restore your scoreboard, pending list file and favorites data from this backup.
